Chicken with Lemon and Garlic Sauce

To make perfect chicken for dinner is easy. What you need time and passion .
Wash and dry chicken with paper towel. Mix 2 table spoons of mayonese , 1 tb spoon grain mustard, 1 tbl spoon of Dijon mustard, 1 table spoon rice vinegar, salt paper , paprika and cumin, 1 tbl spoon of honey. Gently open skin and devide your mix under the skin. Rest of mix apply to all skin outside . Cut lemon in half and place in side chicken. Leave her to sleep overnight in the fridge.
Next day preheat oven  400*f .  Cook chicken breast down for 1 hour. Than turn it upside down and cook for another 20 min.
Enjoy it! The best we ever had!

November . Thanksgiving Traditions.

Coming from Russia I didn't get all the flavors of thanksgiving at first. But now after ve been married for 2,5 years to truely American husband with family traditions ( since 17 century))  and learn a lot about history of America , I'm totally into it! So can't leave without God bread or dinner roll. If you start you family night with beautiful warm and little bit sweet roll and french butter , that's it! Good begging is always important! You feel sutisfied and happy already!
Still thinking about menu, my always help is food channel. So any suggestions?

Russian Cuisine: Vinegret.

I got that feeling after cooler fall day , that I want something warm and rich . Tasty from childhood. Venigret . Nice soul salad, what we usually make at home during cold weather days for lunch.  We need to boil 3 small potatoes, carrot, beet till its soft. Let it cool down. Cut in small pieces, like square shape. Add chopped onion and pickles, sly, pepper, rice vinegar, olive oil. Mix it. Serve warm.
Bon appetite !
