Menu for the Party.

When your guest are half russian or married to russian , what kind of food to make? And plus it's picnic...
Of course something easy to eat... Easy to grab and good for soul and heart!
Start with potatoes!
All you need is good size , washed and peeled. Put each in table spoon and cut 3/4 with a knife . Spoon is the secret of cutting!  Add plenty oil, I like olive oil. And place in preheated (400 f ) oven for 20 min.
After that, mix salt, pepper , cumin, chilly , paprika, garlic powder, cover your potatoes, add more oil or butter. And again cook it for 20 min.
Cook  bacon, use fat for preparing sause. Onions + mushrooms and bacon , all cooked together. Salt, paper . 30 min on slow fire.
Take your potatoes out and pore sause on top. Cook another 20 min till potatoes are ready.

Chicken:
Cut chicken in small pieces, wash it and dry it with paper towel.
Mix salt, peper, mayonese, mustard , squeezed garlic, honey. Chilly flakes.  (Table spoon of everything) .Marinate chicken overnight .
Cook in preheated oven 375 f for 30 min , turn upside down and cook another 15 min. Mix with potatoes!

Russian Salad:
Boiled 2 carots, 4 potatoes, 3 eggs .
Let it cool down . Cut in small pieces, shape of squares.
Add preserved green peas, 1 fresh cucumber, 2-3 pickles, salt and peper.  Add mayonese, salt and pepper. Decorate with dill.
